ABSTRACT
The issues that we will be dealing with in this chapter all relate to our main theme of the organisation and the changes that it is undergoing. Initially, we will pay attention to aspects of organisational culture and working in teams. Then we will examine the process of change within organisations, growth models, restructuring, and the ‘learning organisation’. At the end of the chapter, attention will be paid to organisational consultation and research.
