ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with managing organisations. The topics examined include the various types of business processes and ways of carrying them out. We will discuss logistics management, customer relationship management and human resources management, as well as looking at the tasks performed at the various levels of the hierarchy and a number of methods and techniques for monitoring them.
