ABSTRACT

Everybody has a mix of good and bad characteristics, but not everyone knows his own particular characteristics. It is difficult to view oneself objectively. Reflection is the bouncing back of light in a mirror. You can see yourself in a mirror. Self-reflection is holding a mirror up to yourself to see who you are and what you are doing. You reflect on your actions, on all the things you do or fail to do, and you closely investigate your personality traits and your attitude. If all went well with earlier exercises, you will have established an image of yourself. The question is now whether others see you in the same way as you do yourself. Maybe you think others like you, while they may think you are conceited and not very nice. You could have a completely wrong image of yourself. With this assignment you will find out if your self-image is correct.
