ABSTRACT

GPS for Enterprises is a methodology where ideas with are shared mutually and further developed. The enterprise generates ideas, on the basis of the trends predominant in the sector, for how, via products, processes or procedures, these trends can be capitalised on. The GPS session takes only one to two half-days in principle. To make the session run successfully there must be some preparation. Every GPS session should have a facilitator. The GPS session is played in three rounds. There are: generation of ideas, selection of ideas, and development of ideas. The selected ideas can be further developed for implementation in the enterprise. For each idea a plan is made, on the basis of which budgets and resources can be allocated.
