ABSTRACT

Each report should at least contain the following parts: title page, table of contents, summary, introduction, and chapters of content. The title page is the first page of the report and forms the basis for a title description. An informative subtitle can be used to delineate the subject of the report even further. The preface is the place for information that is not strictly part of the subject of the report. The table of contents should, of course, provide a starting point for finding information. The introduction forms a gateway into the report: the reader can see what question was addressed and how and why the research was done. The writer should define the subject of the report carefully, referring on the one hand to the external terms and conditions of the research, and on the other, to limitations on the research imposed by the writer himself.
