ABSTRACT
This chapter briefly introduces the basic working principle and the characteristics of the hermetic rolling piston compressor. The working principle and the structure of a new triple-cylinder two-stage hermetic rolling piston compressor with variable volume ratio are presented in detail, the thermodynamics, dynamics and main structure parameters of the two-stage compressor with variable volume ratio are analyzed and designed. At the same time, the influencing factors of lubrication, oil discharge, oil return and liquid return of the two-stage compressor with variable volume ratio when operating at low outdoor ambient temperature are discussed, and the corresponding control methods and measures are proposed.
