ABSTRACT

This chapter reveals what lies behind the incredible creativity of companies and present useful methods of analysis of resources and internal capabilities. It proposes traditional marches and newer methods of value analysis, including the value chain and the organization’s conceptualization of ideas as an assembling resource, capacity, and skills. The chapter discusses new and promising ideas for creating patterns of recognition and value retention. A weakness is a lack of resources or performance of critical activities is lower than that of the competition, making it vulnerable between taken by its competitors. It is important to be aware of his weaknesses to guide strategic choices and avoid strategic ways in which the business would be less strong than its competitors. Strategy on the costs normally helps to cope with the competition because it is to reduce prices and to gain greater market share.
