ABSTRACT

Fungi disease detection from the vegetable crops using the computer vision methods with more efficiency and robustness is main aim of this research. In this research we propose the novel system of fungi infection detection utilizing the optimized picture handling procedures. First we designed the pre-processing algorithm based on existing filtering techniques to improve the quality of info picture. Then we propose the Dynamic Region Growing (DRG) image segmentation calculation to separate the Area of Intrigue (return on initial capital investment). The feature extraction is the next step of our research in which we investigate the features such as shape based, texture, and colour based with fine grained approach and selects the hybrid set of features to improve the accuracy. The classifiers investigated at last. In this report, we present the pre-processing and segmentation outcomes.
