ABSTRACT

ThexIntemet of Things (IoT) is described as an innovative technology and technological advancement in which objects equipped with sensors, actuators and processors interact with each other in order to serve a meaningful purpose for the future of computing and communication. The standard for secure Internet communications is the SSL protocol. The impact of the network standby energy consumption for connected IoT devices on annual energy consumption is expected to be approximately estimated as 46 TWh in 2025. Regarding IoT applications, where energy resources are insufficient, a very important factor is the increase in energy costs. Energy efficiency is increasing the sustainability of the earth, but it is difficult to obtain as the devices (sensors, actuators) that are connected to the internet are resource-constrained. Over the last few years the Internet of Things (IoT) has become an omnipresent term. This paper addresses the challenges and forms in the IoT model of reducing energy consumption.
