ABSTRACT
This chapter presents an in-service lecture and exchange of ideas between the author and a group of COHME aides took place on March 21, 1991, as part of the agency’s sixth anniversary celebration. The in-service also served as a review and critique of COHME’s cooperative development over the preceding five years. The chapter also provides the author's summarized ideas about COHME’s cooperativism.
