ABSTRACT
JOURNAL: I’ve been looking around this corporation of ours. Not a long time, but long enough to know that I don’t like what I see. This newfound sensitivity of mine may drive me nuts. I have found myself going into offices and manufacturing departments that I haven’t been into in a long time. Even the places I go regularly don’t look the same to me. Things don’t look and sound and feel like I thought they did.
