Your plant in Romania has suffered a big IT failure. ‘Does anyone know what systems those guys were using?’ you ask. ‘They’re a law unto themselves,’ your assistant says, with a shrug.
‘And why are their reports so vague, so lacking in numbers?’ you say. But your colleagues just look blank.
