ABSTRACT

No player within an organization nor any layer within an organization is ever at a static position or level. This chapter focuses on the five levels as a sequence of steps which players and organizations migrate from and toward on a regular basis as if we are operating in autopilot mode. The five core levels also gives perspective in designing team focus, organizational mission statements, assist in strategic planning and enabling leaders to gain momentum. An organization, therefore, has to provide today the people who can run it tomorrow. If management could become more efficient in the early stages or levels of management, then it would actually be able to reduce everyone's grief and pain and enable players and teams to reach operational levels and productivity faster.
