ABSTRACT

As people flex their management styles within the five organizational levels always keep an eye open to their three subgroups of people (Transmitters — Transformers — Terrorists). In level one, the Terrorists become energized and they become management’s biggest challenge when confronted. In level two, the management styles which afford the maximum control and leverage over players and with players would be MANAGER and COUNSELOR. In level three, management style is primarily that of MANAGER and COACH. In the fourth level the primary function of management is to ensure that all players have the resources, support and encouragement they need to interact and function at peak performance. The final level of organizational management, and the level at which most players and management spend the least amount of time, is the END or analysis and conclusion stage.
