ABSTRACT
It is obvious that renal lumps or bumps may not always be dromedary humps (see Dromedary kidney). The differentiation of a renal-cyst hump from a renal-neoplasm lump is important but not always easy even with the use of newer techniques like ultrasound, computerized tomography and magnetic resonance imaging.
