ABSTRACT
This chapter expands on the concepts and methods presented in Chapter 3 by examining a sample literature review from an article about official and commercial software manuals. The full text of the literature review is provided and then analyzed to determine how its authors went about writing it, as well as its purpose and audience, organization, level of detail, and citations and references.
