The Past, Present, and Future of Planned Change

ByGilmore Crosby

My intent in writing this final chapter is to offer examples of application of Lewin’s theory and methods so that you, the reader, are as equipped as possible to pursue your own planned change. I recognize that another worthy effort would be to draw from many sources of application. That would be an entirely different and significant research effort. For now I have chosen to focus on the application history and methods I know. I hope the reader will forgive me for the extent to which this chapter pays tribute to my father’s Lewinian legacy and OD practices.
