ABSTRACT
In the present chapter, we introduce Hilbert space, orthogonality, orthogonal complements and orthonormal basis. We then establish Riesz representation theorem for linear functionals on a Hilbert space. With chapter 7, we conclude the Functional Analysis component of the book.
