ABSTRACT

The conclusion reiterates some of the central thematic and methodological concerns of the book, demonstrating how the analytical approaches of different chapters cohere into a consolidated examination of authorship in Moore’s poetry. Looking outward from a focus on Moore, the examples in the chapter illustrate how the methods of this book might aid the comprehension of wider issues within literature of the Romantic period and within the study of authorship. Similarly, the chapter discusses some potential research questions that might profitably extend the study of authorship in Moore’s broader body of work, in both poetry and prose.
