ABSTRACT

This book offers the core conceptual base for the practice of T-Group facilitation. Drawing from the fields of psychology, social psychology, sociology, diversity studies and Indian philosophical thoughts, this book is a great resource for enhancing the practice of T-Group facilitation, for both budding and established facilitators.
