ABSTRACT
This book introduces theories of educational leadership and management and provides examples of their translation into practice. Many students studying education no longer go directly into teaching, but instead follow a diverse range of careers associated with the education sector more widely: local authorities, think tanks, charities, school trusts, administrative, and managerial roles.
