ABSTRACT
The Inclusion Coordinator is best placed to recruit, train, organise and manage older pupils acting as peer mentors or ‘study buddies’ to younger pupils, particularly upon transition to the next key stage or phase of education. This is also a very positive inclusion initiative, which encourages pupils to take greater responsibility for their own learning and that of others.
