ABSTRACT
During the next two decades the world will need to address growing demands on the resources that produce food, while simultaneously mitigating and adapting to climate change. Research2 predicts that by 2030 a series of events will come together in a ‘perfect storm’, with challenging implications for the continued supply of safe and nutritious food:
