ABSTRACT
The mass balance, the charge balance and the law of mass action are formulated about three materials prescribed. The pH of the pore solution and the equilibrium concentration of each chemical species are calculated and then the mechanism of re-generation of ettringite by the sulfate erosion and the volume change are evaluated.
