ABSTRACT
At the broadest level, the questions addressed by the exploratory research on restorative justice decision-making in this book were designed to answer the question ‘What's out there?’ More specifically, we wanted to know what participants in restorative conferencing wanted to accomplish, to describe what is new and different about these innovations, and to understand similarities in vision and practice as well as differences.
