ABSTRACT
THIS CHAPTER SEEKS to offer some insights into the major changes occurring in the 14–19 sector. It combines summaries of the various pertinent government papers together with responses from education stakeholders and links these with case study examples of increased vocational opportunities for 14–16-year-olds.
