ABSTRACT
It has become apparent throughout the preceding chapters that long-term survivorship from cancer in adolescence and young adulthood has farreaching and lasting consequences: physical, emotional, psychological and on planning for the future. All these aspects are brought together in a single issue that can be experienced as a result of either the illness or its treatment – that is the risk of infertility.
