ABSTRACT
A discussion of creative leadership introduces the interview with Talmud Bah, Assistant Director of Centre for Youth Arts. Talmud sums up Second Wave’s role as youth arts providers for young people aged 13–24, Second Wave provides a safe emotional, artistic, educational and cultural environment for young people to discover who they are, express themselves and develop through creative arts. Talmud has an optimistic and creative facili-tative leadership role, believing leaders should nurture their creativity to ensure they can provide support to young people suffering problems in their lives. His values for educational leadership are passion, good practice, personal self-development, understanding purpose, curiosity and creativity.
