ABSTRACT
Freedom of expression arises as a claim against the authorities that prohibit it and obstruct its exercise.
Its political dimension is immediately apparent as freedom of expression is essential to participation in the political life of the community, and inevitably provokes critical ideas and arguments concerning the community’s political, religious and military authorities.1
