ABSTRACT
This chapter will introduce you to the idea of police operations. It will explain why the police conduct such operations and also introduce you to several useful mnemonics to assist you in learning and remembering how the police respond to different incidents. Firstly we need to consider what we mean by a police operation. Think about this for a few moments and see if you can answer the question in exercise 13A.
