ABSTRACT
In this chapter and the next, we put ourselves in the position of an actor faced with the capriciousness of network-like decision making. What strategies are there that enable this actor to realize his goals in these decision-making processes?1 To serve his interests in the room with the dancing table? In this chapter, we deal with a number of central notions. In Chapter 4, we elaborate on them.
