ABSTRACT

The context, as for the eventuation of a body’s inertia, is infinite. In interpretation use all that you are and resonate to all that is, maybe not only across space but across time. This is how analysis is truly guided. We are all so much more than that which we think we are. In the 1980s when Jill and I were living in West London, there was a terraced house near to Baron’s Court tube station that had no curtains on the ground floor front window. The walls inside were all covered with floor-to-ceiling stacked book-cases. But once I had a dream that we were walking past, I glanced in and in the dream they were all, instead, covered with beautiful abstract paintings. When I awoke I realised that really I had created those paintings myself in my dreamwork, via my own unconscious self-organising processes. Yet no way could I create them in my usual conscious waking state. For that one would need a Malevich (Néret, 2002) or a Kandinsky (Robinson, 2006). This is our problem as human beings, realising what is within us, reaching this – what I call – Lower Level or the Deep Music. Reaching down and accessing ‘The Ocean’ within. There is so much there, but usually we just cannot reach it.
