ABSTRACT
Introduction The chapter opens with what the Every Child Matters (ECM) outcome ‘enjoy and achieve’ entails. It provides TAs with a toolkit of a range of practical strategies that can be utilised when supporting pupils’ personalised learning in achieving this ECM outcome, which complement the primary and secondary national strategies recommended approaches.
