ABSTRACT
The Netherlands The Directorate General for International Cooperation (DG/S) of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Mfairs is the Dutch foreign aid agency. It supports a number of activities undertaken by Dutch municipalities and the Association of Netherlands Municipalities with counterparts in the developing world and in Eastern Europe.
