ABSTRACT

Need-An-Expert company needed an expert and hired Ann for her advanced technical skills. Shortly after Ann was hired, her coworkers began to complain that she treats them as if they were her subordinates. She makes many, often unreasonable, demands and is easily angered if they can’t meet them. She is highly critical and frequently antagonistic. To make matters worse, she refuses to share resources or information with others, but expects others to share with her. Ann is low in: (a) conscientiousness, (b) extraversion, (c) openness to experience, (d) emotional stability, (e) agreeableness.
