ABSTRACT
The notion of creativity has been a consistent focus of government initiatives over recent years. The National Advisory Committee on Creative and Cultural Education (NACCCE) was established in 1998, and its 1999 report, All Our Futures: Creativity, Culture and Education, set the framework for future developments.
