ABSTRACT
Dutch aid policy: looking for a new form but how about the content? A lot has changed in Dutch development cooperation over the last year. The policy aims, the budget structure and the staff have been reshaped in order to deliver a more effective and cohesive policy. But to what extent will this new shape be noticed by the receivers of aid, the people living in poverty?
