ABSTRACT
The main destination of Portuguese Development Aid is still, almost exclusively, and mainly for historical reasons, the five Portuguese-speaking African countries (Angola, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Cape Verde and S.Tomé and Prince), all classified among the Least Developed Countries (LDCs).
