ABSTRACT

In this final chapter we will more explicitly address issues of practical relevance for practitioners interested in change management: top and middle managers, management consultants, HR staff, etc. We refrain from producing lists of n-steps to take or technical recipes for how to do things. There is more than enough of this already and we are more interested in themes for reflection and encouraging thinking through the pitfalls and complexities of change work. We proceed from our case, but broaden our approach.
