X INTRODUCTION In many ways, design personnel are the architects of the end user experience. Th ey are involved to varying degrees in almost all of the aesthetic and technological practices of development, from art and story production to sound design and AI engineering. Th eir principal purpose is to conceptualize and craft a playful and pleasurable end product.
