Do the parents come into school to potter about in the classroom much? Are they welcome to do that?

They are. They are. It’s… um…. Well, they’re more welcome in some classrooms than others, to be honest. I think teachers are so hard-pressed that even those who a few years ago would have said, I’d rather not have them seeing what I’m doing,’ are now really just grateful for the extra pair of hands…. We’ve talked quite a bit about how we are going to involve more parents, and we’ve tried various things. ³⁷
