ABSTRACT
Children have an inborn sense of wonder and a strong desire to explore the world around them, yet they need an interested adult to provide encouragement, support, and guidance to keep their spirit of inquiry alive. This adult may be a parent, a naturalist, a teacher or other caring person in the child’s life.
