ABSTRACT

Chapter 6 described in its three parts the basic research questions investigated in the context of this book, the establishment of the research instrument used primarily to collect organisational culture data from Hong Kong construction companies and the methodology of its administration and the subsequent analysis methodology. This chapter now presents the data and results obtained from examining the secondary data from the Performance Assessment Scoring System (PASS) scores, held by the Hong Kong Housing Department (HKHD) and from the application of the revised Denison Organisational Culture Survey (DOCS), together with the findings from these data sources. The chapter is generally organised around two major topics: the pattern of results and the analysis of the results relevant to the research questions described in Chapter 6.
