ABSTRACT
Before a school starts formal training, a decision needs to be made about who will guide the sessions. This is likely to be either:
somebody with previous experience in TSTs;
an enthusiastic individual or group of individuals who have not had any previous experience but who are willing to take responsibility for familiarising themselves with the practice and leading the training sessions; or,
an outside agent such as a consultant from the support services or from an institute of higher education.
