ABSTRACT
The National Curriculum gives entitlement to all children to a broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum. Whilst the aims of the school should be the same for all pupils, teachers must find the different means by which pupils can achieve them. Such a process allows for a flexible approach to teaching methods, resources and learning activities, based on individual needs.
