ABSTRACT
This chapter contains key messages about the need for introducing SOAR processes into HE curricula in the first place: it is precisely the nature and future of our changing world, the complexity of our lives, the choices we are faced with, and the competitive nature of the graduate labour market, that make intentional CDL and PDP (as previously defined) so essential – for ourselves and our students.
