ABSTRACT
In the previous chapter we discussed the Ending Project at the strategic level. We noted that planning the ending strategy calls for critical decisions by the general management. Here, we shall explore what happens during the execution of an Ending Project. In essence, this phase means that projectending competences are harnessed, either by activating competences already existing within the company or, if competences are lacking, by acquiring them from outside the company.
