ABSTRACT
The audit now considers pupils’ attitudes, as these have a significant bearing on their attainment and progress and can be strongly influenced by what schools do. In particular, the auditors will examine pupils’ perceptiveness, their willingness to listen to what others in the school have to say and their interest in views and ideas different from their own.
