ABSTRACT

Drama is essentially a sociable activity. When people act, sing, dance or perform in any way, they seldom do so alone, but are usually members of a group or team who work together to create a whole experience. And, of course, all performers are supported by other groups of people, such as backstage crews, production teams or orchestras. However large or small a person’s contribution and whether or not they are seen ‘in the limelight’, they must see their role as a crucial part of their team’s work and strive always to be conscientious and reliable and to get on constructively with those around them.
