ABSTRACT
18.1 Part 23 of the CA 2006 is concerned with distributions. It restates the provisions on distributions in Part 8 of the CA 1985. The only substantive change is to the rules on distributions in kind, and the new provisions are governed by ss 845, 846 and 851 of the CA 2006.
